texting problem?

how come when sometimes people who send texts over a "page" the second page doesn't show up and the text is cut off? i don't receive the second text in succession..

Sometimes your service doesnt allow you to receive the other pages. And sometimes the person who is sending them cant send more than one page so it never shows up.

Say you have verizon
Say your friend has tmoble
Only verizon to verizon people can get and send FULL texts that are over a page long
Verizon to tmoble or any other service, you have to keep it undo 160 characters
