SerenaRose answered Wednesday July 8 2009, 9:09 pm: I personally have used many different weight loss pills, and they're not worth it.
They might help you lose 2-3 pounds, but they're expensive and have bad side effects.
And if you want to keep weight off long term, you have to teach yourself how to curb your appetite. Try drinking 8 cups of water a day, it makes your stomach feel full.
Remember that portion size is the biggest factor in weight loss.
I'm not trying to lecture you by any means, but I'm a big girl who has tried numerous ways to lose weight.
