Weight loss pills DON'T work; it's as simple as that. They're designed to make you gain weight so you keep using the pills. If you want to lose weight, do it the right way and save yourself the trouble.

I personally have used many different weight loss pills, and they're not worth it.
They might help you lose 2-3 pounds, but they're expensive and have bad side effects.
And if you want to keep weight off long term, you have to teach yourself how to curb your appetite. Try drinking 8 cups of water a day, it makes your stomach feel full.
Remember that portion size is the biggest factor in weight loss.
I'm not trying to lecture you by any means, but I'm a big girl who has tried numerous ways to lose weight.
Diet pills weren't the right way.

weight loss pills are BAD news. i dont suggest you use them. if you want to curb your appetite drink water and eat something high in fiber. it'll keept you feeling fuller for longer.

if you really want to try weight loss products try slimfast or go to a drug store and ask for the most popular ones.
