So, I recently joined a gym and started eating healthier, I cut out fizzy drinks and sugary snacks, however, I can't seem top stop snacking on other things.
I won't even be hungry, but I'll still end up eating something, and this is preventing weight loss.
Are there any tips to on how I can resist snacking, or something to distract me from it?
Oh, and don't just say "Drink water" because I do that anyway..
Michele answered Monday July 6 2009, 11:20 pm: I have been using Hoodia Gorini, and I really like it. It has not side effects, and does not make you nervous. Swanson's Vitamins is the best website I have found it for the best price. Some websites want to charge as much as $70.!!!. Swanson's has it for $14.99.
What the Hoodia does is give you the will power NOT to snack. That is what it is doing for me. And I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I don't even think of food. I don't get those hunger pains in my stomache. And as long as I stay busy, I don't think of food. Of course I do eat because I want to stay health. Get a bottle and follow the directions. Since you are already working out at the gym, you'll see fast results.
Good luck.
