Stop snacking?

So, I recently joined a gym and started eating healthier, I cut out fizzy drinks and sugary snacks, however, I can't seem top stop snacking on other things.
I won't even be hungry, but I'll still end up eating something, and this is preventing weight loss.
Are there any tips to on how I can resist snacking, or something to distract me from it?
Oh, and don't just say "Drink water" because I do that anyway..

Find alternatives, not to snacking, but to the snacks themselves.


Snack on fruits or veggies, or something healthy. Snacking isn't always a bad thing, you just have to watch what you're snacking on.

Um ... By drink water it means Three Liters a day which is Three big bottles of water.

And when you want to eat but your not hungry that's your brain telling you "you're bored and need something to do"

Usually when your bored, you feel like eating, it happens with me all the time.

I have been using Hoodia Gorini, and I really like it. It has not side effects, and does not make you nervous. Swanson's Vitamins is the best website I have found it for the best price. Some websites want to charge as much as $70.!!!. Swanson's has it for $14.99.
What the Hoodia does is give you the will power NOT to snack. That is what it is doing for me. And I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I don't even think of food. I don't get those hunger pains in my stomache. And as long as I stay busy, I don't think of food. Of course I do eat because I want to stay health. Get a bottle and follow the directions. Since you are already working out at the gym, you'll see fast results.
