Michele answered Monday July 6 2009, 10:57 pm:
You have to work on your "core" muscles to help flatten your stomach. I have been following this great work out CD by Ken Kihiu, called DanceXfitness. Two of the exercises have really helped me to pull in my stomache muscles ( and I'm over 50 yrs old!).
The hula hoop exercise and the dance called the twist. If you don't know how to do these, ask somone over 50. DO them right ,and you'll tighten your stomache.
