i don't remember my dreams.
i haven't been able to in years.
do i even have dreams?
is this not normal?
unhealthy?
i'm concerned and not sure why i don't remember them.

LM answered Sunday July 5 2009, 11:59 pm: I've read in several different books and magazines that we only remember our dreams if the brain is interrupted during REM sleep (which is usually the only time you dream, I believe). You don't necessarily have to WAKE UP, just be disturbed.
Like everyone else has already said, there's several other reasons as to why we forget, too. You're ferfectly fine :)
LOL_x0x answered Sunday July 5 2009, 11:17 pm: Everybody dreams. Whether or not they remember varies from person to person. Some people (like you) just don't remember. Then there are other people (like me) who remember their dreams very often. I'm pretty sure it's totally normal, too.
