do they let 16 year old ship or do u have to be 18 or older

If you're sending out a letter well I've been doing that since i was six so there's no problem with that but if you send out a package that'll cost money as long as its paid for with cash you won't have a problem.

No , I believe you can be any age . As long as you have stamps and an envelope your set. My Daddy is in the Navy I used to write to him all the time an my mom would tell me what all needed to be on the envelope . SO I wouldn't see why you couldn't . Hopppe I helped ya out a bit !
