Horrible Nightmare
Last night i had this really freaky dream that i was in my kitchen talking with my bf of like 4 months and everything was like really nice. But then ll of a sudden he gets this really sick grin and his head turns all the way around like in the exorcist. I scream and he grabs a knife and starts chasing me. I ran into my parents bedroom and locked the door screaming at him to leave me alone. As i'm backing away from the door he suddenly appears in the room still grinning and stabs me and i get this sickish feeling like no matter how many times he stabs me i'm not gonna die and i'm gonna feel it forever. Then i wake up like screaming and sweating, what could this mean?

It's probably just a really weird nightmare that doesn't mean anything. If it does mean something, it may mean that you're maybe having a little bit of trouble trusting him or something, but I wouldn't try to read so much into it.
