Copying a CD onto the computer
Hey Theymos. I got a question for you. I have this educational CD that my friend gave me that her friend burned for her, and I would like to copy it onto my computer. I have easy cd creator that I can install if I need to, I also have windows media player and iTunes. So yeah I just need it to copy onto my computer so I can always have it or burn it onto a CD when I am ready. Thank you :)

You can create an exact byte-by-byte copy with ImgBurn:

Choose "create image file from disk". Then when you're ready, use "write image file to disk" with the .iso file that ImgBurn created. You can't actually play this .iso file without burning it to a CD.
If you want to get files that you can play in your media player, you should use a CD ripper. I use Exact Audio Copy:

To write the ripped MP3 or WAV files to a disk again, I use InfraRecorder:
