BFF OR NOT

Alright my friend is really nice and al but she can bug me so much. Sometimes all she talks about is her other friend who is not @ our school. She calls her her BFF when she hardly see's her and i am standing right their!!! I mean we spend every minute of the day together and tell all our secrets with each other. It is almost like we are sisters. But all she can talk about sometimes is her friend emily. I dont know if i am jeleous or if she is trying to give me a hint??? IDK where our friendship stands. When someone asks who her bff is she says EMILY :( and im right their. And also i know Emily to and she said that she is not her BFF. So do i tell her that. ?
It just dosent make sense concidering we hang out 24/7 and they do maybey 1 or 2 times a week max. IS SHE MY FRIEND OR NOT???

Well ask her do you consider me your best friend? It wouldn't hurt, you guys are allowed to have more than one BEST friend, tell her how you feel. Maybe it'll sweeten up the situation. Don't let it get to you, she might do it just to bother you.

Just because she doesn't consider you her BFF doesn't mean she's not really your friend. You guys are 14 and are allowed to have different friends.

you can be someone's friend without being their best friend.
if you hang out with her all the time and tell everything to each other than she IS your friend.
if you act like best friends and you look like best friends and you talk like best friends then you're probably best friends.
try and think about the actual friendship you have with her, instead of what you want it to be called
