How do you make a picture like this?
I've seen various pictures where there's text, but the text is taken out from a picture. It's really hard to explain. I've tried to Google it and ask around, but no such luck. I've tried to figure it out on my own, but that didn't work, either. How do I do it? Do I need any certain software? Thanks in advance!

You will need a photo editing program like Photoshop. Although there is a website called Picnick which is a similar free program.

Picnick is very similar to photoshop in its tools and uses. Most of all, it's FREE. So you might want to check the link above for their site.
