With just a diet, this is impossible. If you work out however, you may gain weight. Don't worry, muscle weighs more than fat. It'll be a good sign. Just eat healthy(salads, fish, meat, etc.) and before you work out get as many carbohydrates as possible into your system.(There are carbohydrates in pasta.) And drink orange juice before each work out as well. I've been doing this since I was 7(I started playing hockey and baseball) and now I do things like martial arts with 6 hour promotion tests, bowling, and golf. I'm in great shape and I probably will be until I'm gone.

I hope this helps. :)
