What's the easiest way to record songs and put them on myspace? And what equiptment would I need?

mixcraft 4,reason 4,fl studio 8 acid pro 6 and acustica mix and burn are free downloadable software to create your own music.

Most importantly, you will need a microphone to record the music, and software for processing the file once you've recorded it.

If you're really serious about it, proper recording equipment will make a big difference to the quality of the sound. Podcasting kits are appropriate. For example, have a look at these: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

Of course, if that's too expensive, just any microphone will do. Those are available at most computer shops, or even at K-mart or other similar places.
