Anyone care to explain how people like get ringtones from the computer onto their cellphone? I heard like they download .WAV files and email it to themselves and access them from their phone or something like that. But currently I'm trying to get a ringtone through texting and stuff. Basically I want the Metal Gear Solid Codec ringtone lol, heard it's mega hard to find. (link)

There are about a billion videos on YouTube of these two otters holding hands, and I'd like to take it and mix it up a bit.
