Many artists and comedians have relied on the power of myspace to help get the word out about their work and honestly it still is one of the best avenues now. Especially with how much you can customize a myspace design now, many artists and comedians use their myspaces as their official websites. It's free and usually they'll just spend the money on a professional to make them a good slick layout.

I think that plus a YouTube account would be your best bet since it's cost-effective. From there, you just have to find a way to get people to view your page, add you as a friend, and let word of mouth pass it along.

Well, if you're looking to make videos of yourself singing & being funny, the obvious site is YouTube.

If you're just looking to write it down or present audio, then you should get a blog. So try:

www.youtube.com
www.livejournal.com

There are many websites you can make your own websites through:

freewebs.com
webs.com

And there's many more. But if you wanted to pay for a website, that's a little different, and I have no knowledge of that.

My best advice is to just make a blog full of your information.

You can get a blog from any of these sites:

blogger.com
wordpress.com
livejournal.com
xanga.com

As for the information on the website, just type up everything you know. And when you think of new things, you can just make a new post.
