Help please Is it time for my frist period
Hello people I need your help i am having these symtoms:Sleepyness,Stomick cramps,Brest tenderness.i Dont know if i have pms yet and i get white discharge and little red drops in my under wear there very small.

These are usually signs that you are getting ready to start your period. Just make sure that when you go anywhere to take a pad or tamp, Whatever youp refer with you, becuase most likely when it first starts it will be really heavy.

You're most likely getting your first period. Just relax and give it a little more time. And when it really does come, talk to your mom and/or older sister and/or grandmother, etc about it. Don't be nervous, you're becoming a woman!

Those are some syptoms that may occur. I'm pretty sure that you will get your period really soon.
To prevent the discharge from going onto your underwear, you should wear little panty linears. Which they will also stop you from a lot of trouble when you do get your period, you will be prepared for it.
