Hi i have been having issues with my computer lately. Whenever i open internet explorer a ton of them pop open uncontrollably. So i go to task manager-process-right click and click end tree process and that takes care of it. I ran my virus program (avast and norton) and i dont have a virus. Im not sure what type of computer i have. =/ sorry. All i know is that its slow and a bit older but does have windows XP. Anything would help! Thanks alot!

Excessive downloading whether music, videos, sheet music, files, etc this can cause the computer to be slower. You could say that the virus is embedded inside your software so the only way to get rid of it is by wiping your computer clean. [ Advicelady6798's advice column | Ask Advicelady6798 A Question ]
