what is better 'n peanut butter? the country i live only has penut butters fromcreamica ans sundrop brands. what to do?is there any way to make it at home and low fat?

As I previously stated, it is a low calorie peanut butter that has approx. 100 calories per 2 tbsp's. It is also lower in fat than regular peanut butter.
