peanut butter.

hi all. i am 20m amd is currently trying to loose some weight. but i like beanut butter in my daily routine with sandwiches(brown bread). now some people say that its not very fatty in nature but some say that natural peanut butter is actually goo fat but the processed ones which we get in jars is bad. please help my confused situation. and if you think that packed ones are bad but natural ones are good then please tell me and also tell me what is exactly natural peanut butter and how is it made. and if it is way too fatyy in nature then please do tell me so too so i shoul omit it from my diet for a few weeks.
please help friends.

Yes, processed foods overall aren't good for you. They have a lot of preservatives.

its a start. the most important parts to losing weight, are proper hydration, diet, and excercise. if you're dehydrated, you're going to store fat, so drink lots of water, even when you're not thirsty, you should have to piss every two to three hours, and make sure its clear. try eating six times a day, small portions, it will speed up your metabolism. and if the bread's whole grain, it will make your body work harder to digest. Cardiovascular excercises will burn fat, so pick up running, or get on a bike.
