Telling a girl How can I tell one of my friend-girls that I have a crush on her without being very blunt? In other words, how can I tell my friend that I love her?

Just start talking to her. And be like ya know i kinda have a thing for you, and see how she acts or what she says. Or maybe even start by asking her how she feels about you, that wasy if she just wants to be friends you dont have to mess anything up or have it be akward.

Just tell her. Jack's idea is really clever. I'm a girl, and I'd think that was such a sweet thing to do.
Well, not NOW, because I have a boyfriend, but you get what I mean. Assuming your friend is single she'll like that you were direct.

If you play games and circumnavigate around just saying it, girls usually get confused or misinterpret what you've said, and end up turning what you said into something completely different. Speaking from experience, I can tell you that that's not what you want, because rumors will fly.
Unfortunately, that means you kind of have to be blunt about it. You could ease into it, if that helps.
Here's how a conversation might go:
You: "Hey [insert name], can we talk? It's nothing bad."
Her: "Sure."
Y: "It's kind of.. well.. something I've been wanting to say for awhile, but I don't know how to say it."
H: "What is it?"
Y: "Well, there's this girl..."
H: "Uh huh..."
Y: "And, she's really [insert adjectives to describe her], and I really like her."
H: "Yeah..."
Y: "And, I want to tell her, but I don't know how."
H: "Oh..."
Y: "What should I do?"
H: [Gives you advice]
Y: Well, [following advice- tell her that it's her and you like her]
I know it sounds lame, but girls like that kind of stuff and who knows, maybe she feels the same way about you.
Good luck my friend.
