okay..so me and this guy talk about doing stuff sometimes..but the thing is. is that i'm 15. and he's 19.
is this illegal?
or does it matter what state you live in?

It's illegal. You're a minor, and he is an adult. To do anything like kissing, touching inappropriately, or the like can get him into some trouble if the wrong person found out.
Just be his friend for now because doing anything else would cause trouble.

it is illegal. your only a minor. find someone closer to your age for sure, I did the exact same thing when I was 15 and after hooking up a couple times I felt an emotional connection for him, but to him I was just a hook up. And it absoluetly sucks when he starts acting his age and wants more than just a hookup who is still in high school and your left there. Don't put yourself through it.

It does depend on the state, but it is most likely illegal.
He is an adult (18 or older). You are a minor (under 18).
My advice? Find somebody your own age, don't make plans to "do stuff" with guys that are too old for you, and just find a nice guy who doesn't only want you for "doing stuff".
