Yes, you can. I suggest you either let her keep your mascara, or throw it away & buy a new tube.

yes, mascara has millions of germs in it because it's always touching your eyes and eyelashes (which help dust to stay away from the eyes) so your mascara tube has dust, germs, etc. usually when people use each other's make up, it could cause pink eye or other infections.

i suggest you to throw away the mascara you have now and buy a new one and make sure not to share with anyone or use anyone else's!

hope i helped :)

Honestly, I wouldn't use it again. Just let her keep it, been there, done that. Not a good idea. I don't really let people borrow my make-up any longer just because it can get you sick from fungus, gross huh? Haha, yeah ;)

Since she touched it and put it near her eye, I wouldn't use it again. Just to be safe, just buy a new mascara and tell her to keep that one. If she asks why than just say you're scared of getting sick jokingly, and if she gives it back to you anyway, throw it away.
