danianarae answered Wednesday June 3 2009, 9:42 pm: yes, mascara has millions of germs in it because it's always touching your eyes and eyelashes (which help dust to stay away from the eyes) so your mascara tube has dust, germs, etc. usually when people use each other's make up, it could cause pink eye or other infections.
i suggest you to throw away the mascara you have now and buy a new one and make sure not to share with anyone or use anyone else's!
