I never know what to do
I've been hanging out with this guy that i like a lot we arent dating but its a possibility in the future. I've done nothing with a guy besides makeout and he knows all of this. Lately when we have been hanging out stuff has been happening but all over the clothes. I'm ok with all of this because hes really respectful and sweet about it. When he touching me over my clothes he does it really rough and it hurts sometimes but I don't know how to tell him or if i just deal with it and hope it gets better. It upsets me because i feel stupid that the littlest things are painful for me. If it werent for the pain i would be ok with it so do i just deal? Another problem ive been having is that i never know what to do how to touch him or anything. I feel bad because im so hesitate about it and i feel like hes doing all the work. I know this is proably dumb but i feel like something is wrong. thanks in advance for your help.

It's totally not dumb. You have never had experience, it's extremely rare to find someone who is a natural. Now you really should tell him how you feel, because he is not just going to guess it. When he touches you roughly, you don't say anything so he assumes what he is doing is fine. Next time he is a little too rough just tell him to touch you a little more lightly, that it kind of hurts. He is not going to flip out, if anything he will probably apologize and keep going, but more lightly. Communication is key! If you don't know what to do, just simply ask him what he likes done to him. He will probably get a kick out of it, because you'll be pleasing him the way he WANTS to be please. The guessing game is no fun if you aren't getting pleasured by it! And speaking about what ya'll want will also help ya'll loosen up! alright. next time he does somethin that hurts you, just be like 'oww, that kinda hurts. can you do it a little softer ?' its not tellin him to stop, so its no big deal.
and when you wanna touch him, try the ears, neck, pullin hair, claw his back a little bit, and if youre comfortable with it, lightly touch his area over the clothes of course.
