If you don't already talk to him on a regular basis then you need to try & do that. Grab his phone number, text him, do whatever you can to try & talk to him whenever you have a chance. And see if there's any attraction there whatsoever. Then, if there is yall can go out, like on a date or maybe not even that formal just hang out with a bunch of friends at once and concentrate on him.
After then if it seems as though he's interested in you tell him you like him and see if the feelings are mutual.
Make sure that when you're talking to him, you seem really interested in the stuff he's saying even if he's not. Like, I liked this one guy & all he ever talked about was his mom, so I would like listen to him talk talk talk and talk about his mom for hours and I would just ask questions about his mom and stuf haha - maybe I did it to myself. either way, the one thing that is important to a guy is if you're a good listener and you can carry on a good conversation.

talk to him, get to know him, talk to him on the phone, be friends with him. most girl/guy friendships become something once your friends long enough. so just talk to him and be his friend.
you'll get to know him, and he'll get to know you. and then things will fall into place. :)
also, dont put your real name on the internet. its very dangerous. :)
