If you're so desperate for it, you'd pay for it, like most people would do.
I know getting it for free off the internet is easier but it's piracy.
If you're not that desperate, you'd put up with a free alternative like Photofiltre or anything else you can find.

Photoshop is not free and it is against piracy laws to steal it. That's why no one is giving you a link. They may know where to get it free, but, they ain't talkin'.
