First I want you to get a friend or family member to help you do this stretch. Its a heelstretch position. You lay on your back with the leg up that is bothering you. Your friend or family member can help you push it towards your head. Make sure to keep both legs straight and not to go too far. Make sure the other person pushes slowly and not to the side. It is going to be very painful until it is loosened up a bit. Make sure to breathe and hang in there. Also you may want to stretch more before you start tumbling. And also warm up like jogging or jumping jacks before you start to stretch. If you don't it could end in a more serious injury. You may have also just pulled a muscle and it needs time to get back in regular mode. Ask me anything else if you need any more help and give me an update after a few of those stretches! Good luck!
