Well, it is hard to go wrong. Most guys are happy to just get one.
I do have some pointers.
First, lubricate. Use lotion, vaseline, ky, or your saliva (you can just lick your hand). No lubricant is ok if it isn't going to last long. Otherwise, friction will get uncomfortable (think indian burn).
Vary the touch. Use your fingertips to lightly stroke the whole length a few times, then grip firmly for a bit. Use both hands to completely wrap his penis up and firmly stroke up and down. Or, use one hand to stroke his penis and with the other cup his balls. Just behind the balls, if you put a little pressure, you'll get a reaction. That is as close as you can get to the male g-spot without fingering him in a place a lot of guys are uncomfortable being fingered.
What will really make it great is pretty simple:

haha well there's really not much to it. you said you touched his penis before so just do the same thing only move your hand up and down. yea the head of the penis has the most nerves but its also really sensitive so you don't wanna be too hard up there. and also make sure your nails don't go anywhere near it, cut them if you have to. just be gentle and glide your hand up and down, thats really all it is. good luck ;) haha.
