Go to your column. Click "ask me a question". Copy the number at the end of the URL. Put that number at the end of this URL:

My "Ask me a question" URL is:

From that you determine my user ID:
38985
And turn that into a forum URL:
www.advicenators.com/talkaboutme.php?userboard_id=38985

Im not sure what you mean by fourm..do you mean column?..like where you have your own pages displaying questions & answers?..because if thats what you mean basicly you just answer peoples questions and they get displayed on that page and you can customize it anyway you want and add backrounds and stuff.
