Most likely it is just a pulled muscle, however that doesn't mean she won't have to go to the vet. Make an appointment as soon as you can. Be prepared to spend some money. Although most pulled muscles are easy to diagnose, the vet may want to do xrays. Most likely they will prescribe something for the pain as well. Don't freak out, but be prepared for a possible expensive vet bill. Although she is obviously in pain, she is not about to die any time soon. It sounds what is bothering her isn't a disease, so it should be easier to treat, but then again you never said anything about her eating or drinking, and what kind of shape her body is in, for example swelling, lesions, etc. For exampe, it could turn out to be an abscess as well.

it sounds like something is wrong with the spinal cord, if it affects her back and legs and neck. but like the person below me said, just go to the vet and get them to check it out quick. this could be serious. :( i hope shes ok.

take care! :)

Did they just say there was something wrong with her neck? They should've given you way more info then that.

I would take your dog back to the vet & find out what's wrong with her. I'm assuming the only reason she is jumping back is because she's in a lot of pain & doesn't want anything/anyone touching her.

I wouldn't blame her either, she sounds from what you've told us that she's in so much pain! I don't know if this is something that can be fixed or can be helped in anyway with pain meds or anything.

So yeah, go back to the vet or call up the vet who you went to & let them know it's not getting any better. I can't tell you what's wrong with her.
