Age/grade?

If someone was 11 years old in the 7th grade (my sister) and lived in Texas how many grades ahead would that person be for there age?

Location doesn't matter, (as long as your in the U.S.) but normally you're suppose to be 11 in 5th grade

she would be 2 years ahead, BUT birthdays & cut off dates mess that up a lot... so I'm sure she's in the grade she's suppose to be


You're just suppose to be 18 or 17 when you graduate from highschool

one grade. But, its possible that thcut-off was weird and they just went a year earlier.
