Flexibility Are there any secret tips to being flexible. I already stretch everyday for around an hour. I hope to be a bit of a contortionist.

Just keep in mind to never over do yourself, you can pull a muscle and your body will never be the same again. I pulled a muscle in my leg while forcing myself into a split in 5th grade, and I haven't done one since... now when it's SO tender
Also, try youtube. type in "stretching exercises" or something like that ]
