Well it doesn't mean anything different. Guys can have stuffed animals just as girls can. If he's a bad boy type then it may not fit his image but that doesn't make him any different. He probably just has a sweet, sensitive side and is perfectly normal.

So what if a guy has stuffed animals? I know lots with things like that and it doesn't make them any different or immature/babyish etc.
