Keeping my arms toned? 16/F.
I play tennis and squash once a week, so both of these keep my legs in an okay shape, and they make my arms stronger, but not so toned.
If I lift weights once a day for a certain amount of time, would this lose some fat on my arms and keep them toned?
If so, how long should I do it for, and I have 1kg weights and I think something between 3 and 5kgs, which one should I use?

well use the light wieght one as you power walk if you use a light wieght it wont be to mucluler like a guys arm you want a girl arm ]
