Hi there,

It is almost certain that the problem lies with the AOL browser. The Full Tilt Poker software is compatible with Vista (see below) so that is one compatibility issue we don't have to worry about.

From the FAQ:

"Is Full Tilt Poker compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista?"

"Our software is absolutely compatible with Windows Vista! If you experience any issues playing with the Full Tilt Poker software using Windows Vista, please email our technical support department at technology@fulltiltpoker.com
Still Need Help? Contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team"

Here is the full list of customer support addresses:

Give them a shout and see what they say.

Note: AOL has made it harder to use another browser with their connections, but you still might want to try dialing up with them and then minimizing the browser window so you can start a new browser and be using FireFox, Opera or even regular IE with AOL.

This might solve the problem right here and now, so you might just want to try running the Full Tilt Poker installer through any one of the browsers I mentioned.

You could also probably choose "save" instead of "run" then run it from your desktop and see if it works.

Just a few ideas to get you started.
