shaving thighs.

i have shaved my thighs before and i do on a regualar basis but i was wondering which way i should shave, up or down, in order to avoid the red spots i sometimes get.

Well normally when you shave up is when you get the red spots. But if you use a shaving cream like skintimate, it usually stops those bumps. Also make sure that you dont have a dull razor. If you want a close shave, shave up with shaving cream. If not then you can shave down. Hope i helped =]

You definitely want to shave up (the opposite way the hair grows) If you don't, you won't get a good shave and you can get razor burn or ingrown hair.

I shave up and I don't get razor burn. If you don't use shaving cream, you probably should because it will help with the red spots (which are razor burn). Or you can try some lotion to help the irritated skin. Hope I helped!
