bloodshot eye and a rash?

I have one eye that is bloodshot,
last night it was really bad but now it has calmed down but it is still bloodshot and really heavy,
also i have notice that i have a rash developing on the opposite side breast,
does anyone have any idea what could be the cause of this?

also today, all my eye swelled up so big i couldnt see anythingg,
and im only 13, so its no as simple as me just being able to go to the doctorss :-)

While we could each list of different things that can cause this, it will do nothing but make you nervous, paranoid, etc. Nothing any of us say is even remotely close to what it could be, so do yourself a favor and go see a doctor. If you don't have insurance or can't afford a doctor, go to a free clinic or the emergency room where you have to get looked at.
