I have:

-High body temperature
-Constipation
-Breast Tenderness
-Fatigue
-Frequent Urination
-Darkened Breasts

What could this be?

In all honesty it can be anything or nothing more than PMS. If it is something that continues more than a couple of days, call your doctor for advice.
