how do you get songs from youtube on to itunes?

As you probably learned from previous answers, you can't.

BUT...

Instead of buying them on iTunes, you can go to frostwire.com and download FrostWire. This allows you to download songs, videos, pictures, and programs for free.

You can't get songs straight from youtube onto itunes. Although it would be nice, right? You have to download them from itunes, unfortunately.
