OK SO HERE I GO I WAS DATING THIS GUY FOR ABOUT A
YEAR,THE DAY BEFORE V-DAY 2009 HE TELLS ME THAT HE
IS IN LOVE WITH SOMEONE ELSE AT FIRST I WAS LIKE SPEECHLESS,THEN THE NEXT DAY IT HIT ME I GOT MAD THAT I TOLD HIM OFF HOW BIG OF ASS HE WAS TO DO THAT TO ME.So a few months later he text me and
wanted to stay friends i agreed to stay friends i dont know why mabe because part of me wants him back.But now things are ackward because he will text me and ask me to go hang out with and he will this person he left me for.So how can stay friends with him if i am always going to feel ackward when i am around him.. i dont know what to do please help me....

If you ever really loved some one you can never be just friends with them...it sucks but its true. And he obviously doesn't care much about your feelings at all so even as just a friend he is not worth it.

You pretty much cant. Kick this guy out of your friendship. You dated him for almost a year, and he says he's in love with someone else? Thats cheating.
He does not deserve to be your friend or in your life anymore.
