Its not weird at all for a girl to grab a boyfriends ass. I used to do it all the time. If you feel weird doing it at first, start by just putting your hands on his ass. Once your comfortable with that, then you can grab.
Girls have a tendency to think that guys dotn like stuff like that, which is totally false. Guys like to be held, have their asses grabbed, complimented, etc. They like alot of the same stuff that us girls like. Be casual about it, it shouldnt be a big production.
