Your body could be changing in the sense of like, growing up wise. Did your aunt tell you that your body was changing or something? Obviously when you grow up your horomones start raging like crazy, which can cause you to be curious when it comes to your vagina. So, therefore - yes your body is changing and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
