how to make a youtube slideshow with psp

i have downloaded a slideshow software that called photo story platinum,and i dont know how to use it to make a slideshow for youtube,just dont understand the what format should i choose,mp4 or other formats

MP4 or WMV are best. Youtube supports most video formats, though.
