Are there any websites that show an example of each ethnicity or whatever? Like an example of what a typical German/French/Irish person would look like. I've been looking forever and can't find anything like this.

There is no typical look for any ethnicity. People of German ethnicity all look different, same goes for any other ethnicity. Nobody looks the same. The reason you can't find a typical look for a race is because there isn't one.

Nowadays it has become increasingly difficult to find a good example of a typical person of any ethnicity. Even within very specific races, people don't generally look "one way". Looking for something like this could even be seen as racist. To answer your question, though, try a google search.
