is it normal too discharge alot when your getttin fingred? is that considered like being wet?

I'm assuming that you don't mean actual discharge (however, if that's what it is, it's perfectly normal unless it has a terrible smell or unusual color to it), when you get "wet" it's usually something called "cum" that you release.

It depends on what the color of the discharge is. If it's red it's your period.
If it's brown there is something wrong with you.
If it's yellow you need to stop peeing.
