Spanish... I think.

"Otsego Amigo."
Someone said this to me and I don't know what it means... Could somebody please tell me.

I think its Spanish, jeez I don't know.

Yes, it's Spanish. The translation is:
"Otsego Friend"

"Otsego" is the name of a city in Minnesota.
"Amigo" is Spanish for "friend."

But it doesn't make any sense to me though O_O
Did that person just come to you and say that out of the blue or was there a conversation going on? Was it use in a sentence?

Edit: Actually, I just did a search and now I don't know what Otsego means anymore. Take a look, there're like . . . four cities with that same name: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
