Its the google photoeditor you can download
I've been using this editor (Picasa 3)since around October
And everytime theres an update for it I update
But lately when I 'sharpen' my photos, it doesnt save the sharpen edit
Like I hit 'save' and after a few seconds once it done saving my picture reverts back to how it loooked after its been sharpened
But all my other edits stay
Help please?
I ALWAY sharpen my photos, so telling me not too is bull
And I refuse to use another editor. Picasa 3 is by far the easiest one on the internet
They definitely made this more complicated than it needed to be:
Other Editing Tools: Sharpen editPrint
To get the most accurate representation of how much Sharpen is actually being applied, you need to apply the Sharpen edit to your image at output size ( the size at which you'll share, print, export) while viewing the photo at actual size. Follow these steps:
Before editing, use the Export feature to resize all images to the size at which you'll share, print, or otherwise output.
In the edit room in Picasa, apply all edits other than Sharpen.
Zoom in to a one-to-one ratio by clicking the 1:1 button in the edit room.
Apply Sharpen as the final edit.
Save, share, export or otherwise output your images.
Disconnected answered Thursday June 11 2009, 1:33 pm: Easiest thing to try would be to uninstall the entire program and then reinstall.
This fixed my problem with another photo editor.
If this doesn't help, I suggest emailing them. [ Disconnected's advice column | Ask Disconnected A Question ]
