has anyone ever felt at random moments like suddenly everything is clear and then you go back to feeling normal and at other times pangs of depression? (i dont have bipolar disorder or manic depressive i dont think) not like sometimes youre happy and sad but im not sure how to say it

Depressed one minute and happy and normal feeling the next.
If you think about all the changes, both hormonal and just life changes a teen goes through, it isn't hard to understand why! It is a rough time of life.
Girls get their periods, everyone is thinking about sex, dating begins, learning to drive, peer pressure about drugs and alcohol, peer pressure to dress and act in certain ways, thinking about college and the future...so many things in such a short period of time!
Hang in there. You are normal. :)
If depression symptoms stop coming and going and stick around for a LONG time with no feelings at all of happiness, then you need to see your doctor. Otherwise just know it will be like riding a roller coaster for a while. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

i've often felt the sudden highs and lows... simulating bipolar disorder, in fact there have been multiple jokes on my behalf. When you say 'everything is clear' i'm not totally sure as to what you're referring to.
However, you might just be experiencing issues with your hormones, i know for a fact that they have a tendency to mess around with your moods and feelings.
Another reason for this could be lack of sleep? or food? Sometimes (depending on the person) sleep and/or food can change your perception on things and also alter how you're feeling.
I wouldn't let this bother you, i should imagine that it's all to do with hormones etc. However if you're still worried about it you could always talk to the doctor or councilor. Or maybe even your parents / friends?
