im 16 and i really want to move out

i am 16 i really neeed to move out of my house.my dad just drinks all the time and my mom is always angry.because of my dad a have a sister that lives with me and she is constantly beating on me and yelling at me. how can i move out?

Let's really think about this situation. Do you have anywhere else stable to go? Do you think that you can support yourself? Do you have another guardian in mind?

If yes, to all three I say go for it. Pack up your stuff and go. Are you worried your parents will not let you? If so, I suggest seeking legal emancipation. This way your parents will have no rights to you. I just hope you have a job to support yourself.
