what do you mean go up when i do my handspring? like when i rebound out of my roundoff? can you explain it a little more? lol thank you soo much though you helped a ton!!

I would be glad to! When you land your roundoff, do these steps!

1. stretch your body up ^! Aim for the ceiling ^!
2. Don't go up too far! Arch your back like you do for your handspring. The more you go up the less pressure your hands will feel.
3. Snap your feet under you fast and don't keep your hands on the ground. To prevent falling, the second you land put your hands on your hips! It works trust me! Ask me if you need anything else!
