hi... thanks for answering my other question. i guess if you have been loosing around a pound a day then maybe i can do the same too coz i workout for around two and half hours daily with 6 kms jogging. but can u please give some more details. as "hydroxycut max and acai berry genisis in the juice form (got both from the GNC store)"?
can you please tell me what exactly are these and what is a GNC store?and in what form are these easily available?and how to use them?

ya i mostly been losing .5 a day but sometimes i lose more! but sometimes i remain the same.. but ive lost 7 pounds so far!
but where do you live? its called "Hydroxycut Max." hydroxycut sells like 5 different kinds but this one is suppose to work the best. get the kind for men. "Hydroxycut Max:extreme weight loss for MEN" its a weightloss pill that helps you lose weight along with diet and excersize of course
most cities have a local GNC store. look it up online you probably have one somewhat close to you. its a health/fitness store it sells weightloss supplements and stuff.
also the acai berry, the brand is "Genesis Today" and its called "Genesis Acai" its a big hit right now people are losing nice amounts of weight with it alone. and along with the hydroxycut its really been helping me!
just go to the GNC store and ask about these 2 products they can help you more with it!
