You have to be 18 to purchase it and no, there is none anyone 18 and younger can use.

So, I'm assuming your a under age female with the thought in your head "I need to lose some weight, and fast!"

Heres a few tips for ya:

1) Take the long way when you need to get somewhere (unless your on a time limit of course! :] )
Examples: Take the elevator, park farther from the door when you go to the store, ext.

2) Do some sit-ups during commercials

3) When your thinking about eating that extra piece of cake, think theres a hair in it, or it feel on the floor, or something really gross that would make you lose your appetite

I probably have more, but there ya go :)
